Victims Register

The Victims Register will inform you whether you are eligible to register and receive information about a prisoner. The Victims Register will also advise you how to make a submission to have your say about the crime’s impact on you and suggest conditions for the Board to impose.

The Board is independent and does not manage the Victims Register. For information on how to apply for the Victims Register to receive information about a prisoner, visit victimsofcrime.vic.gov.au (link opens in a new window).
